ADJUSTING OUR FOCUS

 Hello all!

I just felt to share these from September 29th impressions during my prayer time:

I see a black and white TV that has a “snowy” screen. (Now I know that for the younger generation, you may not have had the luxury of such an experience many years ago). 

In order to adjust the dial (yes, dial, back in the day!) to make a clearer picture on the screen, there is only one channel available to bring these pictures (days we are in now) into a more clear focus and that channel  is the Holy Spirit channel.  All other “channels” are “fuzzy” on the screen and the sound or voices are so full of static, scrambling the words so as to make them unintelligible, especially for those who do not know the Lord God of Israel or those who have not stayed close to Him. 

The only way to receive a crystal clear picture and sound on this screen (of life in these days of uncertainty we are living in) is to tune in to the One true Voice as spoken by the Holy Spirit.  All peoples everywhere can equally adjust to focus as with single vision on the God and Creator of the universe, Jesus His Son and Holy Spirit, our Helper.

In order to hear the Lord clearly we need to tune in to Holy Spirit in us, spend time with Him and listen. If you are one who speaks in the heavenly language (tongues) of the Holy Spirit then pray in the Spirit. This is a “sure scramble” to keep the enemy of our souls from listening in on our conversation with the Lord and His with us.  This will also allow Holy Spirit to adjust our focus so that we can see and hear more clearly what is on the screen of this life, these days in front of us.

If you are far from Him or do not yet know Him it’s as simple as opening your heart to the Lord Jesus.  Allow Him in so that the light of His Spirit can clear the fog or cloudiness that hampers your vision and scrambles the message(s) you hear, to tune in to the best channel as you view your days, now not in black and white but in technicolor. 

Matthew 6: 22-23 (TPT) says it like this:

The eyes of your spirit allow revelation-light to enter into your being. If your heart is unclouded, the light floods in! 

But if your eyes are focused on money (or other distractions -> my version), the light cannot penetrate and  darkness takes its place. How profound will be the darkness within you if the light of truth cannot enter! 

Luke 11:34 - 36 (TPT)

The eyes of your spirit allow revelation-light to enter into your being. When your heart  is open the light floods in. When your heart is hard and closed, the light cannot penetrate and darkness takes its place. 

Open your heart and consider my words. Watch out that you do not mistake your opinions for revelation-light! 

If your spirit burns with light, fully illuminated with no trace of darkness you will be a shining lamp, reflecting rays of truth by the way you live. 

Is it time to adjust your focus/our focus?

ALL EYES on the KING!

  Today as I was spending time in the Presence of my Lord I had what I believe to be an open vision. This is not the norm for me but this is what I saw and heard: I see Jesus in the front of our sanctuary, in the centre sitting in a chair.  He was on the main floor not on a platform.  The chair was a regal chair for royalty, for the King.he was wearing a full red robe that had a fluffy/furry very white collar. Then the red coloured robe changed to royal blue and then to deep purple, a royalty purple. Next, the king was sitting in a wooden chair and was wearing worn and dirty looking brown pants and shirt. Next, He was sitting in a very small chair, a child size chair.  He was dressed like a mini King in a purple robe. There is still a sense of royalty or a royal Presence in this miniature size king.     My sense is that the Lord is sitting in the midst of us/among us corporately in the position of authority.
